Nanterre 92 has finalized its roster for the 2026-2027 season, adding American forward J'Wan Roberts as their third and final recruit. This move follows the earlier signings of Xavier Castaneda and Devin McGlockton.
Roberts, a versatile player described as an athletic 5-4, joins Nanterre after a successful stint with Alba Berlin. He was part of the team that won the German Bundesliga, though he played a secondary role, averaging 5.7 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 17 minutes per game. During his university career at Houston, he reached the Final Four.
This will be Roberts' second season competing in the Basketball Champions League (BCL). In his debut European season with Alba Berlin, he recorded averages of 6.6 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 0.9 steals, and 0.8 blocks in 19 minutes of play per game.
